How about an awakened creative dawn chorus?
I don't know if you can tell but it's dark outside here.
I threw my hair up.
Donned my apron.
I'm here to get started.
I'm going to turn my camera in just a minute and that will give you a chance to get your supplies.
What you want to grab today is a surface to work on,
Something inexpensive.
That you won't feel as precious so that you're tight.
We're open.
And receiving this beautiful morning energy.
A brush.
And something fluid.
We're gonna paint.
And in my case,
I'll have some Indian ink at hand.
Let's get going.
All right,
Let's get started.
Dawn Chorus.
A sumi painting brush i want to keep it loose so it's long handled This helps let.
I was gonna say mistakes happen.
That's not quite right.
This lets it be loose.
That's more happenstance occur.
Which is delightful.
And I'm using Sumi ink.
So something that will flow.
We've not done a meditation or a grounding exercise.
So if you want to do that before we start,
Go for it.
But this is Dawn.
You've just woken,
And I feel as if.
We want to start here before the mind takes over and sleep.
Was our grounding.
I'm dipping into my water bath.
Making a mark.
Somewhat loosely rendered,
Not as loose as I intended.
So that I am water painting here.
Can she do it?
Letting the ink flow watercolors work beautifully for this as well.
Actually better than this ink is working.
I started with wrinkly paper as well because I had wet it yesterday.
And then keep going.
In my periphery,
I have the sound of Birds.
The True Dawn Chorus going on.
And that is the energy,
The vibration I am holding.
I work into this paper.
I don't think I've mentioned it in other.
.
.
Videos but These papers are lovely to come back to much later and use as inspirations for shapes or marks.
That would carry into a larger or more.
Professionally rendered painting.
But also I like to tear them up.
This I might add color to at some point and then tear into pieces.
And they become elements for collage.
Exercises.
These exercises,
These creative awakened.
Awakened,
Creative,
Creative awakened.
Meditations.
There are beautiful waves.
To discover.
But also to use.
Keep creating.
Very angular this morning.
I usually don't work.
Quite so sharply,
Sharp edged.
Dawn Kores.
In black and white.
Go.
Start your day.
Awaken Creative.
Creatively.
