Week 12 on this 52-week journey through this one year in numerology.
March.
We're deep into March.
Here in the Northern Hemisphere,
That means spring.
The assurance of spring close on its way,
If not here already.
Southern Hemisphere.
You're anticipating the peace and quiet and cooling down of the autumn months.
Because I'm in the Northern Hemisphere,
My reflections are with this rebirth,
This spring.
Let's dig into this week 12.
Hello,
Awake and creative.
The early spring months when you know it's coming,
There's no more deep tease of winter.
Always have me thinking of birth and creation.
We have Easter during these months,
Which is the Christian reflection of this big birth season,
But we also have nature.
Nature is an amazing gift of reflection and understanding.
It's the deepest place of wisdom anymore for me,
And I turn to it as an abstract painter for those insightful inspirations.
In spring,
Maybe more than any other time of the year,
I can all the more appreciate the position of humans as co-creators.
Here to nurture,
Care for,
And even revolutionize this planet,
Ourselves,
And our world.
All too often the examples of the misuse of this power,
This co-creative power,
Show up.
They can stand out glaringly in ways that the beauty of the good co-creation often can't or doesn't by choice of human will and comprehension.
But it's all too important to recognize the value of the beautiful co-creative powers,
The synergy.
Stepping outside this morning,
The crocus popping,
Daffodils with big buds waiting to pop,
It did something to me,
Makes me recognize again,
Something bigger.
I don't know what it is,
And I don't know how it works,
But it sure brings a lot of peace and satisfaction and will,
My own will to be a part of it when I recognize it once again.
Today's quote is a simple one to help you also recognize your place as a co-creator.
As an artist,
It's almost deliberately understood,
You are creating from nothing.
Alejandro Jodorowsky says,
I am imitating God,
Little one,
The one who creates us,
Destroys us,
And with what's left of us,
He rebuilds.
When faith and courage and even hope are needed,
This is a good place to land.
First,
In realizing that there is a greater power that creates,
Destroys,
And rebuilds,
But that also too,
Each one of us and all of us all together,
Have the power to imitate this.
So step outside,
Let the world be your studio,
Let your eyes take things in and be your paintbrush on your mind's canvas.
See where creative,
See where yet creation happens.
See how too,
Destruction occurs.
But also know,
Just like those fallow months of autumn where things are falling and dying,
That there comes the time this spring where rebuilding from these parts.
Let nature be your canvas and your mind and heart be your instruments of creation this week.
Awaken creative today.
