Transcript

Take your awareness to your breath,

Breathing all the way in and all the way out in a comfortable rhythm.

Be aware now of your heart chakra in the centre of your chest.

Thinking of a person that you love deeply or a moment that was filled with joy,

Then let yourself feel that energy,

Feel that emotion.

We call on the energy of love,

We call on the energy of light and we call on the energy of power.

We call on the whole of ourselves,

Our minds,

Our emotions,

Our bodies and our spirits.

Take your awareness to the top of your head and imagine that a beautiful blossom is opening as you breathe in and out.

And that as the blossom opens a column of light is revealed above you.

Each time you breathe in light pours down through the blossom and each time you breathe out the light flows easily down through the body,

Illuminating yourselves.

Imagine now that the light becomes very white,

Filled with a violet flame.

And as you breathe it through your body repeat after me,

I command all negative energy,

Negative thoughts,

Negative vibrations and negative emotions to be released from my body,

Mind and energy field.

So be it now.

Taking a deep breath of the fiery light in from above and breathing out through every cell of your body.

Taking another deep breath in and say I now release all congested energy and all thoughts about work.

I release these easily and gracefully now.

And breathing in release through the neck and shoulder areas.

Say I now release all lines of energy connecting me to my colleagues,

My workplace and all people and experiences connected to my workplace.

I release these lines of energy easily and gracefully now.

Deep breath in out through the neck,

The shoulders and the navel area.

Say I now release all thought loops and monkey mind about my work from my body,

Mind and energy field.

Breathing deeply in and releasing through the whole head and throat area.

Breathing in again releasing through the throat and the neck,

The jaw,

The teeth.

Breathe in from above releasing now through the base of the spine and say I call back my spirit and I call back my power from my workplace,

My colleagues and all experiences of work.

I call back my power now.

Breathing in,

Hold the breath and have the awareness at the navel and breathing normally.

Take your awareness now to any experiences you've had at work that feel uncomfortable.

And imagine that the fire,

The electric violet flame flows through these experiences and interactions and say I now ask that the violet flame dissolve and disintegrate all negative energy and negative interactions that I've had at work today.

Dissolve and disintegrate this thoroughly and completely now.

Breathing in and releasing and as you breathe out imagine the fire burning through all interactions that were uncomfortable.

Say may all uncomfortable words and words of conflict be dissolved and disintegrated thoroughly and completely from my body,

Mind and energy field.

Breathing in releasing through the whole throat and the head area.

Say it's so fantastic that I'm clear,

Free and filled with light.

Breathe in,

Breathe the light in,

Hold it and breathe out through everywhere.

Breathe in,

Hold,

Breathe out through everywhere.

Thinking again of that feeling of love.

Feel it in your heart centre.

And let the warmth of the feeling grow.

Let it flood out through your body illuminating the cells.

Let your heart smile and smile at your heart.

Let there be a feeling of gratitude.

And as you acknowledge the gratitude for this feeling in your heart bringing your awareness back into your body.

Wriggling your fingers and toes and opening your eyes.
