Hello and welcome.

I am Octavia Brooks,

Intuitive Success Strategist for Entrepreneurs.

And this presentation is a meditation with Mother Ocean who will wash you clean and bring you a playful joyfulness and the rhythm of your relationship together as she brings in an amazing amount of water pressure which ends up opening your seventh chakra and connecting you with the stars.

Please enjoy.

Begin by taking some deep breaths deep into your belly.

Send in calming,

Relaxing thoughts to your body of peacefulness and safety.

Begin to imagine the scene around you is changing and you find yourself on a very sweet sultry beach at twilight.

And you notice all of the amazing colors in the sky are reflected on the calm ocean.

The colors and the light play on the moving ocean is absolutely stunning and you make yourself comfortable on the beach with your toes just touching the water.

As you enjoy this beautiful scene of light play and color and warmth and comfort.

The gentle waves touch your toes and dig your feet into the sand.

On one of your exhales,

You send your greetings of love to this beautiful ocean.

And you are delighted when you receive a response.

And now you can feel the presence of Mother Yamunja,

The goddess of this ocean.

She begins to play with you because you notice that every time you exhale,

The waves draw back and every time you inhale,

The waves come forward.

And you've never been able to interact with the ocean like this.

And you know that it's because you're interacting directly with the divine being Mother Yamunja.

As you exhale,

The waters recede and as you inhale,

The waters come up further on your legs.

And you're feeling safe and comfortable because the touch of the water feels so good and nourishing and nurturing.

The pleasure of this incredible moment brings a delighted smile to your face.

And you decide to give yourself to Mother Yamunja because you are feeling trusting in her love.

Sensing your agreement,

Divine Mother Yamunja brings her waves up further on your body,

Up your waist and to your shoulders as you make your inhale.

And with every exhale,

The waves retreat back,

Allowing you to feel safe and calm in her embrace.

You have complete control about how far up the water comes,

Whether you want it to touch your face,

And you know that you're in communion with her because she listens to what you need.

And she does let you know that her waters are salty,

Cleansing blessings for you to receive as much as you would like.

And if you are willing,

You can decide to take the next step of allowing her salt waters to come inside you.

And as you do this,

Her salty waters begin to circulate inside your body.

And every time you exhale,

The salt waters begin to pull heavy emotions out of you.

You can feel these heavy emotions actually coming out of your cellular structures as her salt water washes and circulates around inside of your body,

Pulling out emotional toxins and physical toxins,

Neutralizing them and bringing them back into the ocean,

Still radiant with all the colors of the sunset as the sky begins to slowly,

Slowly darken.

You're enjoying this playful sloshing inside your body,

Pulling these toxins out of you,

And you're beginning to feel lighter,

And your smile grows broader.

Yamanja sensing that you are feeling lighter and cleaner inside begins to add a little bit more playfulness.

And as the water circulates in your body,

You're aware that it is actually moving around in a very playful way,

Almost tickling you from the inside.

And this brings a small laugh out of your mouth.

Your smile grows bigger,

And you begin to enjoy this playfulness.

You begin to play with the ocean,

Enjoying this dance between the two of you in the rhythm of your breath and allowing more and more of this playfulness,

This happiness,

This joyfulness to circulate in your body.

And as you do,

You may feel the desire to move your arms and legs or your head.

And now Yamanja is asking you if you're ready for your next step.

And you wonder what is the next step of this game that we're playing?

This is so fun.

And even though the sky has become a little darker,

You feel completely safe here because there is still so much light in the sky.

But you also notice that off in the perimeter of the sky,

There are some stars starting to come out.

And you're like,

How could it possibly get even better than this?

And that's when Yamanja answers by pushing more water through you and all the way up your neck and through your head and out the top of your head.

And she actually creates a water spout out of the top of your head.

And it lands on the outside of you splashing down around you,

Splashing on your skin.

And this is hilarious.

This is hilarious.

Who knew this was even possible?

And you laugh and laugh as another rush of water comes in you and your water spout goes up even higher in the sky and splashes back down around you,

Splashing on your skin.

The sensation is completely amazing and incredible like nothing you've ever experienced before.

You are laughing and laughing with this joyful playfulness that the ocean is bringing to you.

As another huge wave rushes and pushes through you and your water spout cleaning your seven chakra pushes way up high into the sky and comes back down all around you.

You are surrounded by the playful,

Joyful lovingness of Mama Yamanja.

And now she really gears up and pushes more water through you than you ever thought possible out the top of your head.

And now your water spout connects all the way up into the sky and touches the stars and comes all the way back down around you and the quality of the water that comes back down is different now.

It's even more cosmically,

Ecstatically joyful.

As you're aware now that you are the dance partner of Mama Yamanja and the cosmos.

Another rush of water pouring through you and flooding through your seven chakra cleansing your seven chakra and connecting you directly to the cosmos.

And the stars kiss the water as it comes back down around you.

They're twinkling light reflected all around you on your sparkling wet skin.

How refreshing it is to be this child of the universe receiving the love of the ocean and the blessed kisses of the starlight.

And you allow yourself to continue drinking in the pleasure of the moment.

The colors around you the sensation of water pressure in your body.

Getting out cascading up touching the sky and the cosmos and the stars and bringing you back with all of this love and blessing all around you through and through inside you.

It's so exhilarating and you begin to feel that you're ready for calmness to return and you send that message out into the ocean to Mama Yamanja who immediately responds by calming down this playful game and the waters inside you begin to slowly settle.

You're back into the rhythm of the waves flowing out and just coming in and gently touching your skin.

And all of this has filled your heart to such a great extent that you send your love out to mother ocean.

Giving thanks for this delightful,

Playful expression of life flowing through you.

You give thanks to her for being the instigator,

For being your dance partner,

For being your playmate today.

And you send your love up to the stars to the cosmic ocean above you.

And both the cosmic ocean and the ocean of Mama Yamanja give you a wonderful energetic hug.

And carrying this whole experience back with you now,

Bringing everything deep into your heart space,

Keeping that pleasurable,

Joyful smile on your face as you return out into the rest of your day with this energy,

This joyful cosmic love in your heart with you forever and always.
