I woke up late, Believed this was my fate. Mind was rushing, This speeded up brushing. Things were so fast, Even not made breakfast. Suddenly, I stopped. Something flopped, I opened the app, Did this breathing and tap. Rest is history, My restlessness feels a Mistry. Thank you from the depths of my heart, This is the great start. Hope your day goes fine and dine, You made the day like fine. I woke up late, Believed this was my fate. Thank you This truly helped me.

I really enjoyed this. This falling into the sound of the water, continously dropping into the space around me, no thinking about how long it will last. And the very nice little sign of being hold by the soft sound of the gong. Thank you for this 🙏✨️
