Okay Enough: I Can't Stop Thinking
If your mind won’t stop thinking, this meditation is for you. You may have tried to sit in silence before and found yourself caught in thoughts, planning, worrying, remembering, or wondering if you’re doing it right. You’re not doing it wrong—you’re human. In this practice, you are not asked to stop your thoughts or force your mind to be quiet. Instead, you’ll be guided to notice your thoughts without getting pulled into them, creating a little space between you and the mental noise. Nothing needs to be fixed. Nothing needs to be pushed away. Each time you notice you’ve drifted into thinking and gently return to your breath, that moment of noticing is the practice. This is not about control. It’s about relationship—learning to sit beside your mind with a little more ease. One breath at a time.
