I speak from my heart, Even when it may feel unfamiliar or uncomfortable. I speak my truth, Even when people may not be ready for my truth or my love. I lead with empathy and compassion while asserting my needs, Because I show people how I prefer to be treated. I take responsibility for my feelings and needs without criticizing, Shaming, Or diminishing myself. I seek and attract environments and people that serve my highest self. I create boundaries and put limits on what I can and cannot tolerate. I learn to navigate and manage the challenging aspects of life with grace, Reflection, And I ask for support when I need it. I celebrate my voice for its unique power, Gifts, Purpose, And expression. Instead of demanding perfection from myself or from others, Hiding my true self, Or people pleasing, I give love freely without expectation, Fear, Obligation, Or guilt. I honor my voice and I nurture my core self because I am the most important person in my life.

Wonderful 💜 I am feeling this strongly and just came upon this . I wish I learned this as a child or in my teens. I taught my daughters and now pass it on to the grandsons💜I was taught to honor thy mother and father ( in the Ten Commandments) but nothing about honoring myself. Ty!💜
