I was having trouble falling asleep- the winds were whipping and that makes me anxious because I live in a high wild fire area- at 1:30am, after hours of tossing and turning I put on this track. I became calm, relaxed and I drifted off to sleep- I will be saving this 🙏🕊

This offering coupled with Vagal Nerve Activtation through simple techniques of Diaphragmatic Breathing with added swallow, gently massaging carotid sinus on either side of my neck , then chanting "voooooo" & "Om", assisted me with Mental , Emotional, & Physical cleansing. That cleansing looked liked a shifting from an all over acute heightend state (activated sympathetic nervous system), down into a slowed rhythmic state where I could harmonize & tone my parasympathetic nervous system; purely restorative.
