COURSE
This 5-day course is designed to remove the pressure and confusion around meditation and replace it with a simple, realistic approach anyone can follow. By the end of the course, students will understand what meditation actually is (and isn’t), feel more comfortable sitting with their thoughts, and have a small, sustainable practice they can continue on their own. Students can expect short, approachable lessons each day, guided exercises that are easy to follow, and reassurance that there is no “perfect” way to meditate. The focus is on building confidence, reducing overthinking, and developing a calm, steady relationship with their mind. Course Outline Day 1 — What meditation actually is Learn a clear, simple definition of meditation without jargon or pressure. Understand that meditation is not about stopping thoughts, but about noticing them. Day 2 — Letting go of doing it “right” Address common beginner concerns like restlessness, boredom, and self-doubt. Shift from performance to experience. Day 3 — Using the breath as a simple anchor Practice a basic breath-focused meditation that can be done anywhere. Build familiarity with gently returning attention. Day 4 — What to do with thoughts Understand how to relate to thoughts without fighting them. Learn the rhythm of noticing and returning. Day 5 — Building a small daily practice Create a realistic, low-pressure meditation routine that fits into daily life, with options as short as 2–5 minutes.
