Shamanic Drumming - Autumn - West, 20 Min

Live drumming track for shamanic journeying, recorded in October, 2022, at a local nature conservation area in CT. You can faintly hear water runoff and birds in the background. I am west-facing as I drum, with intention of creating this track for autumn journeying (Northern hemisphere). Rattle opens the track. Then, a period of drumming at 4-5 beats per second. Successive short bursts of drum signal to come back, before rapid drumming to accompany the return. You may want to use headphones.
