Welcome to this short tab on when you're having a hard time saying what you really think or how you really feel aloud.
Often we have this belief that by saying something out loud,
By expressing how we feel,
That's being negative or we're dwelling on the negative.
An emotion we would rather not have.
When in fact,
Nothing could be further from the truth.
So let's go ahead and do that.
Do a little tap together.
To bring a little ease to expressing how you feel.
You'll tap where I tap.
And say what I say.
And make sure that all the words you use today feel completely true for you.
Let's start by taking a big breath in and out.
You'll tap on your chest just below the collarbones lightly.
Repeating after me.
I have a hard time sometimes.
Saying what's really on my mind.
Where speaking my truth.
And for today.
That's okay.
Tapping on the top and back of your head.
I give myself radical permission.
To feel.
Everything.
And feelings.
And maybe even to say it out loud.
Big breaths.
Tapping just above the eyebrows.
Even though there are some things.
That I don't want to say out loud.
I'd rather stay positive.
Isn't it batter too?
Ignore.
These negative feelings.
Around the sides of your eyes.
Even though I have a tendency to do that,
I forgive myself.
I was taught by.
And take a moment to.
Tune in.
Who taught you this?
Was it a parent?
Was it a grandparent,
A babysitter?
I was taught by.
.
.
And say who that is.
That if you don't have anything nice to say,
Don't say it at all.
Tapping underneath your nose.
And a part of me still believes this is true.
And for today.
Even though I believe this.
I'm open.
To loving.
And accepting myself.
Happening just below the bottom lip.
I have some things,
But I.
.
.
Would love to say hello.
Part of me feels like I might even feel.
Better saying it out loud,
Maybe even liberated.
Another part of me thinks it's wrong.
On your chest,
Even though.
I'm struggling.
Was speaking this truth.
Out loud.
I love.
And accept myself.
Tapping along your ribs.
I forgive myself.
Everything I'm feeling.
Especially for all of the negative things.
Having up and down the sides of your ribs,
I'm open to the possibility.
That it could be safe.
To say this thing out loud.
To speak my truth.
To express how I really feel sometimes.
On top of the fabric.
Even though I'm reluctant to do this.
I'm open to being a little kinder on myself.
Having on the top of the index finger.
Even though it's still hard for me.
To say what's on my mind or in my heart.
I forgive myself today.
Tabbing on the top of the middle finger.
I'm open to the possibility.
That with time.
I might be able to learn.
How to speak my truth.
Tapping underneath the ring finger.
And in the meantime.
.
.
I'm open to loving.
And accepting myself fully.
And completely.
Tapping on top of the pinky finger.
Open to going a little gentler on myself.
As I learn.
This new skill.
Because speaking my truth has never been easy.
Been easy for me.
Act the top of your head.
I have compassion for how hard this is for me.
And I'm open to learning.
I'm open to learning.
How to speak my mind.
How to express my emotions.
Especially when they're negative.
Doesn't mean I'm a negative person.
I love and accept myself.
Even though I struggle with this.
I'm open to the possibility.
That the truth of how I really feel or what I think.
Might even feel liberating.
Open to the possibility.
At the truth.
Could set me free.
Take a big breath.
Tune in to how you feel.
And come back to this tab whenever you need it.
