Natasha Moine

Natasha Moine is an Advanced EFT (Tapping) Practitioner and yoga teacher with over a decade of experience guiding people back to themselves. Her work focuses on helping individuals break long-standing emotional patterns, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and rebuild their sense of self-worth from the inside out. Through a blend of EFT tapping, somatic awareness, meditation, breathwork, and emotional pattern recognition, Natasha helps people explore the deeper roots of the beliefs and reactions that shape their lives. Rather than focusing only on mindset or surface-level change, her work includes the body and nervous system, where many of our emotional responses are held. For more than ten years, Natasha has taught yoga and embodied practices that support a more compassionate and connected relationship with the body. She believes meaningful change happens when insight is paired with embodied awareness, allowing emotional shifts to be felt and integrated. Natasha is known for her ability to connect the dots in ways that feel both compassionate and deeply clarifying, helping people move beyond awareness and into genuine emotional change.
