Welcome.
This is a short tap to boost your confidence.
You'll tap where I tap and repeat after me making sure that the words you use today are completely resonant to you.
Start tapping on your chest just below your collarbones and take a big breath in and out.
I'm feeling low on confidence.
I have some self-doubt.
I don't feel great about myself today.
Tap on the top of your head.
I don't feel very confident.
I don't like this feeling.
Tapping on your brow line.
Even though I feel badly about myself today or maybe just in general,
I'm open to the possibility that I could love myself anyways.
All of these doubts I'm feeling about my abilities.
These doubts that I have what it takes.
I have hesitation and I have self-doubt and that's okay.
This hesitation makes me feel and talk a moment about how this makes you feel.
Is it angry,
Fearful,
Annoyed?
Tap on your chest.
I am open to the possibility that even though I feel these things and say the emotion,
I allow confidence to grow now.
Tapping just above the ribs.
It's possible this low confidence doesn't even belong to me.
Tapping up and down the sides of the ribs.
Take a moment and talk about who patterned low self-confidence for you.
And if you don't know,
That's okay.
Even though I learnt low self-confidence from and say who it is,
If you know,
I forgive myself.
I love and honor myself,
Even though I have low confidence.
Tapping on the top of the thumb.
I'm open to the possibility that I could learn how to grow that confidence now.
Tapping on the top of your index finger.
I'm open to the possibility that I could rewire my brain so that confidence felt much more familiar in my body.
Tapping on the top of the middle finger.
I give myself complete permission to feel confident now.
Tapping underneath the ring finger.
I love and accept myself with all of these feelings.
Tapping inside the pinky.
I'm open to it feeling safe in my nervous system to feel much more confident,
Or maybe it's just a little bit more confident today.
I have compassion for how I'm feeling.
I love and accept myself.
And I am ready to step into this new version,
This more confident version of me.
I hope you're feeling more confident.
We'll see you next time.
