Welcome dear friend.
Take a moment to pause.
Settle into your breath.
And open your heart.
Today we are exploring what it truly means to serve others.
True service is one of the highest spiritual paths we can walk.
But in our busy world,
We often confuse genuine spiritual giving with social obligations or surface-level gestures.
To understand true service,
We have to look past material things and examine what we are actually offering when we reach out a helping hand to another soul.
Take a bath the physical gifts we exchange in life.
If you give someone money,
A piece of clothing.
Or an object.
That item.
Can be replaced.
Repurchased or returned.
There is one treasure in this human existence.
That can never be replaced.
Time.
Time.
Is your unrepeatable physical life force in action.
When you give your time to someone,
You are handing them a piece of your earthly life that you will never get back.
Out of all the finite moments you have in this body.
You are choosing to anchor your awareness in another person's presence.
That is why time is not just a gesture.
It is an act of real spiritual alchemy.
You are offering pure presents,
Holding space for another soul without trying to fix them.
Judge them,
Or demand anything in return.
Because time carries your vital energy.
How you give it methods just as much as the act itself.
Real spiritual giving must align with Unova Solo.
Given without expectation.
Through spiritual giving.
Asks for nothing in return.
Not even a thank you.
Recognition or validation.
The moment you give with the secret hope of being liked,
Praised or remembered,
The ego has taken over.
You are no longer given,
You are trading.
The trap of people pleasing.
Many of us give our time out of a fear of conflict,
Rejection,
Or a need to be seen as a good person.
Given from an empty cup to buy affection creates hidden resentment and energetic depth.
Respecting other people's time.
I have often seen people try to do something nice for someone else.
But to do it,
They volunteer another person's time.
They promise someone's help.
Are present without asking them first.
Putting that person right in front of a finished fact.
Even if the intention seems good.
This is not true spiritual giving.
Time is each person's personal life force.
You cannot promise or spend someone else's time just to make yourself look generous or to buy goodwill for yourself.
It takes away their power of choice and creates pressure instead of peace.
The power of know and self-care.
Real given must always come from a place of freedom.
If someone asks you for a favour.
Remember.
That you always have the right to say no.
If you feel pushed or guilted into doing something you don't genuinely want to do,
It stops being a jewel gift.
It becomes a burden.
If you barely have time for yourself.
Giving away those last few precious moments out of pressure will only drain you.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with taking care of yourself first.
You cannot pull from an empty cup.
Taking time to recharge your own energy.
And shows that when you do decide to help someone.
You are in the right frame of mind to give freely,
Joyfully,
And with real love.
Given to control or fix.
Sometimes we offer time and advice not to listen.
But to control the outcome or play the saviour.
Chill Given respects the other person's journey and honors their innate power to heal themselves.
No.
I invite you to turn inward.
And reflect honestly on your own journey with Given.
Before we begin.
The reflection.
Take a gentle pause.
Close your eyes.
If it feels comfortable.
Or simply soften your gaze.
Bring your awareness inward.
Right into this present moment.
Take it deep.
Slow breath in through your nose.
Feeling.
Your chest.
And not the men.
With light.
Hold it gently at the top.
And now exhale slowly through your mouth Letting go.
Of any tension.
Any rush.
And any noise from your day.
Let's take another deep breath.
Inhale.
Peace.
Presence.
And stillness.
Hold.
And make sense.
Releasing all expectations.
Allow your body to settle.
Your mind to quiet down.
And your heart.
To open.
You are.
Fully here.
Right now.
In the eternal now.
Ask yourself.
When you offer your time to others.
Are you giving from the full cup of pure love?
Or from a hidden desire to be liked and approved of.
It will flick.
Do you respect your own time with healthy boundaries?
Allowing yourself to say no.
When you need to recharge.
Reflect.
Are you honoring the free will of those around you?
Allowing them Complete ownership.
Over their own time and choices.
Reflect.
Let's take Another deep breath.
Inhale.
Hold.
And Excel.
Inhale.
Hold.
Annexion When you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes or bring your focus back.
Remember.
Your time on this earth is sacred.
When you step away from the ego's need for approval,
Stop offering what isn't yours to give.
And simply sit with someone.
In genuine.
Unhurried presence.
You step into the eternal now.
Protect your life force with loving boundaries.
Give freely from the heart when you choose to act and honor the secret gift.
Of time.
In every interaction.
Thank you for sharing your precious time with me today.
May you walk.
In peace.
Freedom.
And love.
