I invite you to find a comfortable place where you can sit or lie down in peace.
Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath,
Releasing all tensions,
And now let yourself be carried away by the words and thoughts that follow,
To create a space of inner peace within your mind and heart.
My heart is the refuge of tranquility,
Where I find the calmness and balance I need.
I choose to let go of what I cannot control and cultivate tranquility in alignment with the flow of life.
By releasing the burdens of judgment,
I find the gentleness of acceptance.
Every day,
I nourish my mind with positive and benevolent thoughts,
Creating an inner peace filled with peace and joy.
My past mistakes do not define my future.
I forgive and set myself free.
I deserve love and respect,
Especially from myself.
My value is fundamental,
And I have the right to experience happiness and serenity.
