This meditation will help you clear and clean the energy in your cells using the power of your heart.
Take a moment to get comfortable,
Sitting or lying down,
Whatever is comfortable for you.
Get present within your body.
Quiet your mind.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Hold and release out through your mouth.
Take another deep breath in through your nose,
Hold and release.
Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Hold and release.
Allow your breath to return to normal.
Notice the rise and fall of your chest.
Place one hand over your heart and continue to observe the rise and fall of your chest.
If any thoughts enter your mind,
Simply notice them and let them go.
Return your focus to your chest.
Gently feel the increase of energy in your heart center as your heart fills with an emerald green light.
The emerald green light begins to emanate through your chest,
Expanding into your upper back and shoulders,
Clearing out any discordant energy.
As you continue to focus on your heart,
The emerald green light makes its way down your arms,
Filling your arms with shimmering emerald green light,
Moving into your wrists,
Hands and fingers.
Notice what you are feeling in your hands as the cleansing light fills every cell.
Return your focus back to your heart and notice as the emerald green light moves down through your belly,
Your lower back,
Your buttocks,
Notice any sensations as the emerald green light continues down your legs,
Knees,
Calves,
Ankles,
Feet and into your toes.
Allow this light to cleanse and clear your cells of any discordant energy.
Notice your feet and their connection to the ground.
Allow any discordant energy to be released out of the bottom of your feet and into the chest.
Return your focus back to your heart.
Notice the rise and fall of your chest.
Notice as the green light moves up through your neck,
Clearing out any discordant energy.
The cleansing emerald green light moves into your face,
Your cheeks,
Your eyes,
Your forehead,
Your brain,
Swirling around and clearing out all discordant energy and thoughts that hold you back from being your true amazing self.
If a thought enters your mind,
Simply notice and release.
Let it go.
Now move your focus back to your heart,
Feeling the rise and fall of your chest.
Envision a rose in the center of your chest.
Notice its color.
The petals of the rose begin to open,
Sending unconditional love to every cell in your body.
You are loved and you are love.
You are loved and you are love.
When you are ready,
Bring your focus back to your breath.
Wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes,
Take your time.
And as you return back to waking consciousness,
May you be filled with peace and inner calm,
Knowing you are love and you are loved.
