Slow handpan for a body that's been holding on all day. Tension rarely leaves on command. It softens when there's nothing left to brace against, so this is a steady, gentle sound with plenty of space in it, letting the jaw, the neck, and the shoulders let go one at a time. Beautiful under slow stretching, yin poses, or savasana, and just as good lying flat on the floor doing nothing at all. Move if your body wants to, stay still if it doesn't. How to use it: press play and take three slower breaths before anything else. Wherever you notice holding, breathe toward it and let the sound do the rest. Come back to this one whenever the day has stacked up in your body.
