Dreading Another Broken Night – Handpan By The Fire
by Max Neumann
Quiet handpan recorded outside at night, with a fire going and the crickets doing most of the talking. Some nights you're already dreading another broken night before you even lie down — expecting to be awake at two, expecting tomorrow to be hard. This isn't music that promises to fix that. It just puts you somewhere else for a while: by a fire, under an open sky, with nothing that needs deciding tonight. The playing is deliberately unremarkable. Nothing to follow, no melody that stays in your head — just warmth, crackle, and space to let the night stop feeling like a problem. Set your phone face-down and let it run as long as you need. Come back to it on the nights you know are going to be difficult.
