As you mentally scan over what happened today,

Give permission for anything to come up into your awareness in this moment.

Yes,

You're allowed to bring anything up right now.

And if it should bubble up during the rest of our process,

Then that's okay too.

As it bubbles up and as we acknowledge it,

We're just going to agree to put it on the back shelf.

Allowing yourself to just breathe in and breathe out with your lips gently closed.

Noticing that there were some great things that happened today and some not so great things.

There may have been ups and there may have been downs.

However,

As you breathe in through the nose and out through the nose,

We're just keeping our breathing nice and steady.

In through the nose,

Out through the nose.

Not needing to get particularly excited by one great thing that happened today or particularly down about another thing that happened today.

It was all part of your experience.

And as we put ourselves to bed and our bodies to bed,

We're also going to put our mind to bed.

It's as if in this moment,

You can tell your mind you've done an amazing job today.

You've been so busy,

Well done.

We're going to pick that right up tomorrow.

But for now,

You've got permission to switch off.

There,

Well done.

As you leave it all behind,

Each new breath gives permission for a new level of deeper relaxation to wash over you like a wave.

And with each breath out,

You leave one more thing behind.

Breathing in and breathing out just as you are.

You're doing so well.

Go ahead,

Stay with the breath.

Breathing in through the nose and out.
