Lie down comfortably,
Preferably on your back,
With your arms stretched out alongside the body and your legs a little bit apart.
Close your eyes and feel the body's natural breath without changing anything.
Simply allow yourself to relax and experience the natural flow of your breath.
If you have any discomfort during this session or if the mind is pulling you away from your focus on the journey through the bones into the earth,
Simply slowly bring your awareness back to your natural breath.
Now become aware of your whole body.
Feel the body as one,
Where nothing is separated.
All is one and know that you are inside your body and nowhere else.
You can feel the body parts that touch the surface underneath you relaxing and sinking down into the earth.
Move your awareness to the back of your head.
Feel the weight of the head resting on the surface underneath you.
Slowly continue to consciously become aware of all those body parts that meet the surface underneath you resting into the ground all the way down to your feet.
Now become aware of both your feet and again become aware of your whole body as one.
You move inside your body and feel the body breathing by itself.
Localize your stomach and feel the wave of your breath here.
The stomach is expanding as you inhale and contracting,
Relaxing as you exhale.
The stomach is breathing.
Your whole body is breathing.
Every cell is breathing,
Expanding and contracting.
You are resting inside your body and nowhere else.
Continue to let the body take care of the breath just as it already does,
Resting in the natural flow of your breath.
Now become aware of the weight of your whole body.
Let yourself sink down into the surface underneath and bond with the earth element underneath you.
You are resting and breathing with ease.
Now move your awareness into the densest part of your body,
Your bones.
Start with focusing on your skull.
Become aware of your whole skull,
The left side of your skull,
The right side of your skull.
Feel those two sides of the skull with a hole in the center,
An opening in your head.
Feel how this opening is breathing.
It's widening to the sides as you inhale and closest together as you exhale.
Feel your skull breathing.
Now move your consciousness to the outside of your skull.
Feel the whole outside of the skull with a bright surrounding light.
As you inhale,
Inhale this light into the center of your skull and now find yourself inside the skull.
Beware of the walls inside the skull,
The space inside,
The cavity of the eyes,
The cavity of the ears,
The cavity of the nose,
And the cavity of the mouth,
Cheekbones,
Teeth,
The back of your skull.
Move down towards the first vertebrae in your neck.
Now feel all the vertebrae that create the neck and keep on moving slowly down your neck,
Down your spine,
Through the vertebrae into your chest area.
Feel all the vertebrae in the chest area,
In the back,
And follow them through to the front side of your body.
Feel all those ribs that are embracing you all the way to the front side of your body,
Creating your chest.
Feel your whole chest with all the ribs expanding and contracting as you breathe.
Your whole body is rising and falling with the breath.
Become aware of your clavicles above you.
Go there and out through your right clavicle,
Down into your right upper arm bone,
Into your lower arm bones,
And into all the bones in your right hand.
Finger bones,
All the bones in your right hand,
Lower right arm,
Upper right arm,
Clavicle,
Out through your left clavicle,
And down into your left upper arm bone,
Into your lower arm bones,
And into all the bones in your left hand.
Finger bones,
Hand bones,
The bones in your lower left arm,
Upper left arm,
And back to the breastbone in the center of your chest,
Feeling all the ribs expanding and contracting.
Now follow your ribs back to the vertebrae in the chest area in your spine and continue your journey down the spine vertebrae by vertebrae all the way down to the sacrum.
And move on all the way down to the last vertebrae in the tailbone and rest in the tailbone for a short while.
From here you can watch your whole spine above you expanding and contracting with a hollow,
Spacious awareness of light inside your spine.
Now move your consciousness to the pelvic area and become aware of your whole pelvic area,
The outside of the pelvis,
The walls inside,
The space inside the pelvis like a chalice expanding and contracting space.
Through this space you can see both your thigh bones underneath you extending out and you move down along the left thigh bone and down to the knee,
Down into the two bones in your lower left leg,
Connecting to the bones in your feet.
Feel all the bones in your left foot,
Lower left leg,
Upper left leg and travel through the chalice of your pelvis out to the right thigh bone,
Knee,
Lower right leg bones into the bones of your right foot.
Feel the bones in both your feet,
In both your legs,
Pelvis,
Spine,
Chest,
Shoulder blades.
See all the bones in both arms and hands.
See your clavicles and skull.
Now see your whole skeleton,
Your whole skeleton as one.
Awake and with full attention keep following the journey through the bones into the earth.
Your bones are keepers of minerals and you will now allow the minerals in your bones to become one with the minerals in the earth.
Feel the body breathing and as you exhale see your whole skeleton dissolve and become one with the earth minerals.
Exhale and dissolve.
Become earth,
Sand,
Minerals,
Stones and dust.
Your former ligaments becomes roots that extend underneath the earth deeper and deeper.
They do also reach upwards toward the surface and here they become grass,
Flowers,
Bushes and trees.
Trees with branches,
Buds that flower,
Become fruit that fall to the ground and again become one with the earth.
You are in the earth.
Rest embraced by the great earth mother.
What once was your body is now this great earth.
Become aware of your surroundings and see this fantastic landscape of mountains,
Lakes,
Oceans,
Forests and jungles that your body has become one with and always was.
Fill this landscape with your essence.
You are one with your surroundings.
Breathe it in.
Breathe it in.
Inhale the essence of the earth mother,
Her essence of love,
Compassion,
Vitality,
And creativity.
Breathe it in and realize that you are one with all that is.
Love,

Vitality,
And creativity.
Breathe it in.
Breathe it in.
Once again you feel your whole body as one.
You feel your whole body and know that you are inside your body and nowhere else.
Feel the body expanding and contracting with the natural breath.
Every cell is breathing.
As you start to awaken your body please do so with slow and conscious movements.
Gently open your eyes and make contact with the surroundings that you are in.
Slowly and gently roll on to one side and push yourself up to the sitting position when you're ready.
