Letting yourself settle in with attention to the breath Breathing in,

Breathing out Becoming aware of your body And seeing if you can invite a presence of whole body listening Bringing the light of your consciousness into your body Becoming aware of your breath Your body position And as much as you can,

Letting everything go So that you can be fully engaged with whatever is arising in this moment With this breath Letting yourself relax into whatever is here Allowing yourself to let go into the spaciousness that is always already here You can become even more aware of the finer qualities of your breath Sensing how it feels Listening to where it starts Becoming aware of how it flows Relaxing into the sensing See if you can experience the natural opening and softening of being receptive Listening with a caring attentiveness to whatever arises as if it were bringing a precious teaching to you Acknowledging it with gratitude And now gently bringing your attention back to the movement of your breathing Your body is constantly listening to itself Sending messages from cell to cell,

Neuron to neuron,

Muscle to muscle And responding to each message that is received All the time attuning to itself Allowing your consciousness to be aware and interested in this current of energy that is flowing through you You begin to sense a deep connection and communication within your physical and subtle being You may begin to have awareness of yourself as the embodiment of the receptivity of listening And then perhaps responding with equanimity in the natural turning towards well-being and attunement within yourself Waking up and staying present with all that is arising inside And then your being moment to moment to moment And then perhaps responding with equanimity in the natural turning towards well-being and attunement within yourself
