I composed this piece for my Midwest friends dealing with the bitterness of winter. The first several minutes are dark, yet relaxing. The middle of the piece turns to a major key, indicating that Spring will come again. However, the minor key returns, and the reality of winter resumes. Easy listening, plants images in one's mind, and works great as a sleep aid.

Huh. I felt the four seasons in this. I just read your description after listening. The beginning was very scary, but as you said, had a relaxing component to it. The wind was blowing the snow around and it was cold, almost like being lost in a blizzard, feel. Then I felt the sun come out and warm the world, melted the snow, almost like spring into summer. Then the โ€œbum bum bum bum bum bumโ€ felt like fall, the leaves falling, only to go into winter again with the wind blowing. But at the end, the โ€œwavesโ€ made me feel like I got a vacation from winter, I was at the shore, totally relaxed. The fade out with the waves was great. This was a very scary and gentle meditation. It left me feeling relaxed, even with the fear. Thanks for creating this and sharing. Loved it. ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป๐Ÿฅฐ

โ„๏ธ Dark and cold, indeed. A beautiful piece. It reminds me of the beauty found in the dark moments of life, and also the beautiful elements of winter (the crisp fresh air, starry sky, the visibility through the bare forest trees, the crunch and magic of the snow...). Turning inwards, we can always find light. Like the description here reminds us- it doesnโ€™t last forever, Spring will come. Thanks ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ your friends are blessed to have had this song created for them! ๐Ÿฅถโ˜ฎ๏ธ๐Ÿ”โ˜ฏ๏ธ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿคโ„๏ธ
