Sarah has been fascinated with yoga and meditation since 2012. Instructing yoga has taken the entire practice deeper, while a life long learner she has experience with Vipassana and MBSR meditation. Movement and meditation have been integral toward Sarah’s journey - allowing her to “go with the flow of life.” A daily Meditation practice has brought her into a program of recovery leading her to trust the process of life and illuminating her path to want to be of service to others.
