Chakra Cleansing (Channelled Shamanic Drumming)

This is a channeled Shamanic Drumming meditation meant to cleanse, activate and balance the chakras. We start at the base (root chakra), traveling our way up the rainbow bridge to the crown, Moving up with each change of beat. We then bring the energy back down to be manifested into the physical. I visualize this channeled drumming mediation as a chakra rinse, lifting dense energies & activating each center.
