Cord Cutting - Regaining Your Energy & Power

Walk down the forest path with me, to the bridge where we cut the cords to the person that took our energy and/or power.

This allows you to take back that energy and power. This is a powerful practice and one that can be done many times with many different people. It is noteworthy to say the other person will feel the energy shift and might reach out. Remember you never have to respond to them. This is for you and your healing.
