Molly is a mindfulness teacher and guide inspired by a life of curiosity, spirituality and the depth of living with mental health challenges. She began practicing regularly in 2018 while navigating depression and burnout. Over the past eight years, mindfulness and meditation have helped her reconnect with her inner strength and sense of personal power. What began as support during a difficult time has become a way of life. Molly's mission is to create compassionate spaces where all people feel welcomed exactly as they are. She guides others toward self-discovery while honoring their own unique lived experience.
