Second from the Ambient Hang Drum series, this one is based on 417 hz, which stimulates the sacral chakra, also known as the Svadhisthana chakra. This chakra is located in the lower abdomen and is associated with creativity, pleasure, sexuality, and emotions. It governs our ability to experience joy, passion, and intimacy in our lives. When balanced, we feel creative, passionate, and emotionally stable. However, an imbalanced sacral chakra can result in feelings of guilt, shame, and a lack of creativity or motivation. Activities such as dancing, creative expression, and mindfulness practices can help to balance and activate the sacral chakra.
