I'm a clinical mental health counselor emphasizing spiritual integration. I love to share philosophy in a pragmatic way, and connect one-on-one with clients in Santa Rosa or throughout California. I've been engaged in spiritual practice for over 15 years, formally studied Daoist, Yoga, and Buddhist philosophy. I've lived in spiritual and monastic communities, and practiced several retreats. I have a Masters in Buddhist Classics from Dharma Realm Buddhist University and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Saybrook University.
