I have many Moby tracks on my playlists so was excited to discover he has meditation pieces on Insight Timer. This piece is so beautiful! Its peaceful, relaxing and makes you feel like you are calmly floating through a beautiful ocean, or perhaps drifting serenely through the air or even the universe. I visit this often at bedtime, its a doorway into tranquility and restful sleep.

A huge surprise to find out Moby is on Insight Timer, and then a second one when I realised I have listened to this track countless times in others' sleep meditations. Words cannot describe how beautiful this track is. It is deep and soothing and dreamy. It's probably the sole reason I have fallen asleep many nights.
