Meditating to this recording was one of the most unique sessions I've ever had. It didn't take long for me to feel a strong and sustained sense of elevation. Later, I kept getting distracted by the aftertaste of the dinner I'd recently ate, caught my focus going off track from my breath, and corrected it. This continued, and I was aware that I was also being distracted by thoughts of a recent conversation I'd just engaged in. Later still, I was experiencing physical pain when the circulation of blood had been cut off to my lower half. All in all, this was an interesting way to be aware and present (or at least try to be mentally present) toward the end of a day filled with distractions that fundamentally don't matter, yet didn't seem so inconsequential as they occurred. Thank you for contributing to this experience.

Sometimes I get really sleepy during the day but I know that I can't actually lay down and sleep because I will never sleep that night. Last week, I tried this meditation for the first time to take a mini nap of 25 or 30 minutes. At 26 minutes, this music is absolutely perfect and it sends me right off to sleep. Thank you!
