Welcome to the practice of meditation.
This meditation is useful if you're not feeling very connected to your baby.
But at the same time,
It is a good practice to do daily to strengthen your connection with your baby and to feel those positive emotions.
You'll sit comfortably and easily.
You can sit on a chair,
On the sofa,
On the bed.
Take some back rest.
You can keep your palms either on your knees open to the sky or keep your palms on your belly.
And slowly close your eyes.
And take your attention to your breath.
Every incoming breath energizes your body.
And every outgoing breath relaxes the body.
With this awareness,
Keep your attention on your breath.
As you inhale and exhale,
The belly naturally rises and collapses.
Taking your awareness to your belly.
Visualize your baby inside your womb.
Visualize all the aspects of your baby.
It's body.
Fingers,
Toes.
Face Lips Nose Eyes Ears Eyebrows Chin Maybe your baby has a lot of hair on its head.
Maybe it has little hair on its head.
Visualize all the aspects of your baby.
Now visualize the umbilical cord connecting you with your baby.
The placenta,
The colors inside,
The fluid the baby is growing in.
Your womb is your baby's home.
Visualize your baby's home.
Now listen to the sounds in your environment.
And imagine listening to these sounds from inside the womb.
Send your baby all your love,
Blessings and positive thoughts.
Remember that this is a unique and precious time.
In your pregnancy.
Savor each moment.
Let your baby know that you are ready for it to be born into this world whenever your baby is ready.
AWWWW.
Hmm.
Loka Samastha Sukhino Bhavantu Aum Shanti Shanti Shanti Take a deep breath in.
And breathe out.
Take another deep breath in.
And breathe out.
Slowly and gradually becoming aware of your body and surroundings,
Place your palms on Mentally thank your baby for coming into your life.
Send it your love.
Thank your body for supporting this pregnancy and baby.
Send it your love.
And thank yourself for supporting this body,
Pregnancy and baby.
Send yourself some love.
And slowly and gradually whenever you feel comfortable and ready you may open your eyes Hari Om.
The practice is now over.
