Let's begin by not trying to do anything.
There is no need to relax,
No need to focus,
No need to improve this movement.
Just notice that you are here,
Sitting,
Listening,
Breathing.
Whatever is present is allowed.
Thoughts may be moving through the mind.
You do not need to stop them.
Sounds may be coming and going.
Sensations may be felt in the body.
Let everything be exactly as it is.
There is nothing to fix,
Nothing to achieve.
Notice how awareness is already present without any effort.
Thoughts appear and disappear.
Sensations appear and disappear,
And yet something remains quietly aware.
If the mind says,
I am not doing this right,
Notice that thought too.
It does not need an answer.
Let even confusion be included.
Let even restlessness be included.
Awareness does not need to choose.
It allows.
There is nothing to carry forward from this.
No conclusion is needed.
Just notice that this quiet presence was never absent actually.
