This tapping exercise through the body serves to support us to bring mindful awareness to each part of the body as we tap. It helps us to bring our awareness back to something live and more easily felt within the body if the attention wanders off. It can also support us to feel more embodied and connect the thinking mind back up with the sensing body. Finally, it can also help to shift the energy from a feeling of sluggishness or tired or low mood to feeling more present, alive, and energized
