Let's take a moment to honour yourself for being here,

For seeking peace and protection.

This time it's for you.

A safe space where you can reconnect with your inner strength and build a shield of light,

A beautiful protective embrace of your own creation.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes gently and allow yourself to settle.

Take a deep,

Slow breath in and exhale gently.

Let the day melt away with each breath.

Inhale deeply and exhale softly.

Breathe in,

Feeling the rhythm of your breath soothing you,

Grounding you in the present moment.

Now as you breathe,

Imagine a small,

Shimmering ball of light floating in front of you.

It glows softly,

A comforting presence,

Soft enough to look at but radiant enough to illuminate the space around you.

This light is the embodiment of your energy,

Your strength and your love.

Take a deep breath in and as you do,

See the light respond.

It grows brighter,

Shimmering with your inner power.

Exhale slowly and watch as the light becomes steady,

A beacon of peace and strength.

With each breath,

This ball of light begins to expand.

Slowly it grows larger,

Reaching out toward you.

Feel its warmth as it moves closer.

This is your light,

Born from within,

Nurtured by your breath.

Now,

See this light touch your feet.

As it wraps around them,

Feel its comforting warmth.

Wiggle your toes and notice how the light flows between them,

Gently embracing you.

With every breath,

The light travels upward,

Surrounding your ankles,

Your calves,

Your knees.

Take another deep breath in.

Feel the light rise further,

Enveloping your thighs and hips.

It moves like a gentle stream,

Surrounding you in its protective glow.

As it reaches your belly and chest,

Notice how it soothes you,

Easing any tension you may feel.

The light flows into your arms,

Wrapping around them like a soft,

Warm blanket.

It reaches your hands and you feel its energy swirling in your palms,

Creating tiny stars of twinkling light at your fingertips.

You might feel a slight tingling,

A gentle reminder of the magic you hold within.

Now,

The light begins to rise to your neck and your face.

It softly brushes against your lips,

Your cheeks,

Your nose,

And finally your forehead.

With the next deep breath in,

See the light expand fully,

Covering you entirely in its warm embrace.

Take a moment to feel this shield surrounding you,

A radiant,

Pulsing barrier of light.

It is strong,

Yet soft.

It keeps out anything negative,

Stressful or toxic,

While allowing the flow of love,

Positivity and connection.

Breathe deeply and notice how safe you feel within this shield.

You can call on it anytime you need it,

Whether you are in a crowded room,

Feeling overwhelmed or faced with someone whose energy feels heavy or draining.

Whenever you feel the need,

Simply close your eyes,

Take a deep breath and recall the sensation,

The warmth,

The light,

The protection.

Let it surround you again,

As it does now.

Know that with this shield you are strong.

Hurtful words,

Stressful situation or negativity cannot penetrate it.

Within this shield,
