I am Alyssa and today I'm going to be doing soft spoken ASMR geared towards your inner child.
Often times we neglect our inner child,
Try to stuff it away,
But then it comes out when we don't want it to.
Maybe towards a partner,
Towards a co-worker,
To a stranger in the street when you're driving.
One of the ways to help combat that and keep it from happening is to be kind to your inner child,
To show the little you love so that when triggers do arise they don't feel as strong and you don't lose sight of the older wiser you that you've now become.
With the affirmations I'm going to be saying them as if I am the older wiser you speaking to the innocent,
