Hello and welcome to your daily stress relief meditation.

I'm Elle de Urban from Summer Salt Yoga.

Take a comfortable seat on your chair,

The floor,

Or simply lay down.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

One more time.

A deep breath in and a complete breath out.

And the last time.

In and out.

Keep your back straight and close your eyes.

Breathe naturally.

In and out.

In and out.

Take a moment just to sit there,

Observing and noticing the sounds around you,

But not reacting or clinging to any of them.

Maybe you hear someone's voice,

Cars outside the window,

The buzz of a coffee machine.

Acknowledge those sounds and let them go.

Slowly turn your gaze inwards.

If you are noticing your own thoughts,

Let them easily come and just as easily go.

Like a wave coming to the shore and retracting.

Use any discomfort,

Physical,

Mental,

Or emotional.

Acknowledge that it's there,

But do not analyze it.

Simply breathe.

In and out.

In and out.

Slowly turn your attention to your breath.

Notice how it's just as the sounds outside,

Your thoughts and your discomforts.

It ebbs and flows,

Comes and goes.

Allow the breath in be the acceptance of things,

Emotions,

Thoughts that are here,

And the breath out be the one letting all of that go.

Feel how once you accept the present moment as is,

A weight lifts off of your shoulders,

Your breath deepens,

Your spine is just a little bit straighter,

And your inner smile shines a little bit brighter.

During the day,

When a moment of struggle or worry comes over you,

Remember this.

Close your eyes.

Breathe in to accept things as they are and breathe out to let them go.

Just in and out.

In and out.

When you open your eyes,

You will be calmer,

More centered,

And ready to continue with your day with ease.

Namaste.

I liked it! first the bells and chimes were sounding chaotic, but when I got used to them, I really liked them and they relaxed me. Goes well with the meditation, which I liked, too.
