Solfeggio Shamanic Journey

This recording consists of 20 minutes of uninterrupted solo drumming and a composite of synthesized Solfeggio tones followed by a drum callback. Solfeggio frequencies make up the ancient 6 note (hexatonic) scale thought to have been used in sacred music. Each Solfeggio tone is comprised of a frequency required to balance your energy and keep your body, mind and spirit in perfect harmony. The tones also exert the binaural beating phenomenon, adding to the overall effectiveness.

This was delicious. It’s the second time I’ve listened to it and it’s like my brain recognized it this time and knew to go deeper. I went on quite a journey while still being consciously aware and able to guide the journey. (Like lucid dreaming, but lucid meditating). I really really appreciate this track. I feel realigned and my anxiety has been transmuted into something that feels like fuel, motivation.
