A 30-minute Yoga Nidra practice infused with Reiki to support deep rest, nervous system relaxation, energetic release and inner healing. This guided meditation invites you to settle into the body, connect with the natural rhythm of the breath, and move through a slow body awareness practice designed to support rest, softening and release. Reiki is offered throughout the session as gentle energetic support, allowing you to simply receive and be held by the practice. Sarah Katsavos, a Reiki Master of the Tanran Reiki lineage, offered Reiki throughout the recording in the studio with Emily. This is a practice of not doing. You are welcome to drift in and out of sleep, let go of effort, and allow the meditation and Reiki to support you exactly as you are. Suitable for deep rest, relaxation, nervous system support, energetic clearing, sleep, emotional release and inner healing.
