Hey,
Megan here from Libra Living Wellness Limited for the 16th video.
Of Libra Living Liberations.
Today's topic is releasing.
No,
I did not just come up with that right now.
I was just trying to decide if it's releasing or surrendering,
But kind of the same things.
And I've been reflecting on this a lot lately with in terms of limiting beliefs that we have or things Let me get my thoughts together.
Feeling the need to control.
Everything in our life.
Um The outcomes,
Just everything.
And I've recently started taking this course where it really kind of dived deep.
Into how we mostly function on needing to control everything in our life.
Which then results in holding us back or blockages from experiencing greatness.
Sorry,
I'm trying to gather my thoughts as I'm talking here.
And I think of that in terms of,
And then they kind of go on to talk about if we would operate from a mind of surrendering and releasing that need to control everything.
And trusting.
And not worrying about how something is going to work out.
Then things just kind of fall into place.
You know,
We let go.
So it's kind of letting go,
Which maybe I did a video on that recently.
And That.
Really that releasing knowing how is something going to turn out.
Um.
.
.
Is a tremendous relief.
You know,
Again,
The act of releasing,
Of letting go,
Of surrendering.
And not needing to control,
Not feeling that need to control everything because we have that feeling or want to control everything out of fear because we are fearful of what may happen,
What could happen.
And of course,
We can spiral down to thinking all the negative things of that.
It really kind of resonated with me and allowed me to kind of.
.
.
Create a shift in my own mind is because I definitely do that.
I like to control my whole day.
I like to plan everything out.
I've since gotten better with things,
But sometimes when something comes unexpected,
I'm like,
Ah,
But to me,
That's when greatness does happen in unexpected ways.
So if we learn to release and let go.
Especially of habits or limiting beliefs that are no longer serving us in a positive way and that are creating that resistance or blockage to allowing things to happen,
Those great things are going to happen.
Like to me,
It's a way A way when we release and we release this,
The need of control.
It allows for things that we could have never expected to happen,
Happen.
Because if we're gripping so tightly to,
Oh,
Things need to happen this way,
Things need to happen in this time frame.
Then we're in this to me we're in this constant loop of control control control it has to happen this way whereas we just release and let go with positive intention.
Then things just kind of naturally fall into place.
Things just kind of naturally happen.
Things kind of like show up in ways,
Unexpected ways that you could never imagine.
And I've seen this in my own life when I've just snippets learned to kind of let go.
And again,
This is something I'm working on.
Of working through,
You know,
Some limiting beliefs and releasing that need to control the outcome of everything?
And I'm excited to see those shifts.
And see those opportunities just kind of unfold.
Because I learned to let go and I learned to release what's holding me back.
So my hope today for everyone is that you Spend some time releasing those old habits,
Those old beliefs,
Releasing anything that could be holding you back from great things in your life.
Trust in the process.
Trust that things will work out.
And that they don't need to happen in a certain way.
And yeah,
Just learn to release and let go.
