Of Libra Living Liberations,
And today I want to talk about highest frequency.
Um,
Last video I talked about choosing happy,
Um,
You know,
Looking at situations from a different perspective and something that I've kind of came across,
Um,
Recently,
Uh,
When I was reading a book about,
Um,
I think I'm trying to think what it was now.
Anyway,
I was reading a book and they were talking about the six phase of meditations.
And.
.
.
Going through the book,
I've only gone through half the book so far,
And I was kind of reading and I was like,
Okay,
I was like,
I feel like this is about having the highest frequency.
And.
.
.
What I mean by that is that kind of going off the last video I did about choosing happy and looking at things from a positive perspective.
Is that when we resonate,
Or.
.
.
And I don't know,
I'm trying to think of another way to say that,
But when we resonate from a state of highest frequency,
And what I mean by highest frequency is that we're feeling joy,
We're feeling excitement.
A lot of positive emotions,
Right?
We're feeling grateful.
We're feeling happiness.
We're forgiving people.
We have compassion.
Just all of the good positive emotions.
Again,
I'm trying to think of another word but again resonating from a highest frequency.
Because when we're on the opposite end of that,
When we're full of anxiety and full of worry and full of self-doubt or self-sabotage habits,
Then we draw negative things towards us.
So kind of also talking about the law of attraction.
When we're in a more positive state and focusing more on a positive perspective,
Opportunities open up,
You know,
We receive blessings and we're like,
Oh my gosh,
Like,
And then just more things start to happen.
But when we stay in that other low frequency,
Uh.
.
.
Self-doubt of scarcity and all these negative emotions.
We're going to draw more of that to ourselves and wonder,
Like,
Why is this happening to me?
Easier said than done because I've done this.
I feel like a victim.
I have said,
Why is the universe doing this to me?
Why am I going through these things?
We can't control the external because things are going to happen.
You know.
But again,
Choosing that positive perspective,
I think we can draw more positivity towards ourselves.
And handle those maybe harder situations with a lot more ease.
It will not feel as heavy as it would if we were in a negative or a low frequency state.
It would feel,
Oh,
Okay,
No big deal,
And we would work through it very quickly.
And this is something that I've been really kind of learning for myself.
And trying to shift myself.
Again,
It's something easier said than done because I have really,
Really struggled with staying in a low frequency and feeling like I don't know how to get out of this and just kind of feeling like the victim of circumstance and I didn't know what to do with myself and I'm like,
I don't want to feel this way anymore.
So I was like,
Okay,
I need to shift away from this and I need to,
And again,
Kind of reading through that book,
It was like,
Okay.
I'm seeing a difference that I need to be in a state of high frequency so that I can attract the things that I want for my life.
Because if I'm sitting in this low frequency state,
Those things are never going to come.
And it's not to say that I'm not going to face challenges.
You know,
And It may,
The way I think it may unfold,
It may unfold a different way,
But it's to keep moving forward and keep having.
Try to stay in that frequency of high emotions or positive emotions or positive perspective so that way I can draw more of that in my life because when we're in the opposite again you're gonna draw more of that negativity and we fall into this like kind of negative loop cycle and it is so It can be very dangerous because I will say recently I was in a very low frequency state.
Um.
.
.
Kind of in this pit of negativity.
And I was just like,
I don't know what to do myself.
I completely lost all joy for everything I was doing.
And I was like,
This sucks.
Like,
I should feel happy right now.
So I honestly kinda don't know how,
But I think by reading that book did help me.
To,
Um,
To learn.
To Again,
Focus on more positive emotions in my life and have more compassion for others,
Which is easier said than done.
And forgiveness,
Which is also easier said than done.
But changing those things and having gratitude and just again resonating from that highest frequency of living,
Then those blessings and those great things are going to come because you're putting out that positive energy.
Because if we're putting out negative energy,
Then just more negative is going to happen.
So.
.
.
Always check your frequency of what you're in and try to,
You know,
Bring your frequency up even despite what you're going through.
Um,
And it's kind of going back to the video I talked about is choosing happy.
Again,
It's not an easy,
Easy thing to do all the time,
But I think the more that we do it and choose to do it and we're consciously saying,
No,
I want to,
Be in this high frequency state because I feel so much better in it.
Then those negative things,
The anxiety,
I think just kind of falls away.
And it's not to say that we don't feel it again.
I know I'm going to feel anxiety again.
By doing this and by creating this healthier habit of being in a higher positive frequency state,
Then when that anxiety comes up again,
I could be like,
Hey,
Wait a second,
I don't want to feel this way.
So let's see what we can do to stay in this higher frequency rather than go to that low frequency.
So I hope for everyone to please work on Staying in your highest frequency,
Showing compassion,
Forgiveness,
Choosing all the positive emotions in your life.
And when you do.
.
.
When those negative emotions do happen.
You know,
Always try to find something positive in it and try to choose,
You know,
Happy emotions.
Versus the negative.
Now,
Again.
We do go through.
Low points in our life,
It will happen.
But by creating this healthier habit,
You can work through it with more ease.
