Meet your Teacher

Julius holds a Master’s degree in Prevention and Health Promotion and a Bachelor’s in Sports, Health, and Nutrition. As a certified stress management coach trained according to Prof. Dr. Kaluza, he has spent the last ten years working in health promotion, often providing psychosocial counseling. His core belief is that health grows when our needs are in balance—including kindness to ourselves and care for the living world around us. Outside of his work, he lives these values through his love of nature, practicing Jiu Jitsu, swimming in rivers, and engaging in sustainability efforts. These personal experiences inform the gentle, grounded approach of this course. What to expect: This isn't about achieving perfection, but about inviting a process. Whether you are starting your day with a morning meditation or settling into sleep, Julius guides you as someone who understands health as a living journey. No prior meditation experience is needed.
