The way you behave with people, how close you let them get, how you respond when something feels off, and what you do instead of asking for what you need follow a pattern shaped long before you were aware of it. That pattern plays out across every relationship in your life: friendships, family, colleagues, and close partnerships alike. Research has identified why these patterns form, why they persist even when clearly visible, and what it takes to change them. Across ten audio lessons, this course works through all of that in plain language, with a practical tool in every lesson. No jargon, no labels to collect, just clear guidance for understanding yourself better with the people around you.
Practical, research-based tools for understanding your own patterns and building more secure connections with the people in your life.

Esther Walton is a UK-registered dietitian with many years of experience supporting people through some of life's most demanding periods. Alongside her clinical work, she has developed a body of audio courses grounded in psychology, positive psychology, and wellbeing research, designed to give people both the understanding and the practical tools they need to navigate their inner lives more skilfully. Her approach is evidence-based, direct, and always focused on what people can actually do rather than how they might ideally feel. This course reflects that approach directly.
