JB (MamaJ) is a dedicated innate health advocate with lived experience in overcoming CPTSD, addiction, and imposter syndrome. With a background in working within the Criminal Justice System, she has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals whose wellbeing seems unaccessible. Through personal transformation and professional expertise, MamaJ has guided many towards recognising their innate well-being and potential, making her uniquely qualified to lead this course on fostering innate health through the Three Principles.

The Principles Behind The Course

In this introductory lesson, you will be introduced to the Three Principles—Mind, Thought, and Consciousness—as articulated by Sydney Banks.
