By the end of the course, you may begin to feel more connected to your own needs, more confident in your choices, and more comfortable walking your own path with greater trust and balance.

Mark Rowland is a meditation teacher, sound practitioner, and creator on Insight Timer who is passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves in practical and meaningful ways. Responsibilities, routines, and expectations can make it easy to ignore the body’s signals and keep pushing forward. In today’s session, we explore the difference between needing genuine rest and feeling pressure to keep going. Through teaching and guided practice, you will learn to recognise the quieter signs that ask for care and recovery before exhaustion becomes overwhelming. By listening more closely to your own needs, you begin strengthening an important part of self trust.
