Life can pull us away from ourselves in small and gradual ways. We say yes when our energy is already stretched, ignore signs that we need rest, compare our progress with other people, or speak to ourselves with more criticism than compassion. Over time, it can become harder to recognise and trust our own inner voice. The Self Trust Challenge: Returning To Yourself is a guided journey designed to help you reconnect with that sense of inner knowing through practical, meaningful daily lessons. Each session combines teaching, reflection, and guided meditation to explore important areas such as healthy boundaries, genuine rest, self compassion, emotional awareness, and trusting your own pace in life. Rather than asking you to become somebody new, this course invites you to notice what may already be present beneath the pressure, expectations, and noise of everyday life. Along the way, you will receive simple actions to bring into your day so that the learning extends beyond the session itself. By the end of the course, you may begin to feel more connected to your own needs, more confident in your choices, and more comfortable walking your own path with greater trust and balance.
