In our final session, we’ll explore how to honour your temperament while also finding balance. Even introverts need moments of connection, and extroverts need times of stillness. For me, the most important content was on day three. It could have been a nice guided meditation rather than a course or the course could have started exploring from that point to be more inspiring throughout. I like the clear calm voice and the pacing of the prompts is slow enough for all of us to follow along.
