Through this meditation I have realized that my home is so very important to me. I guess my dwelling was just something that I took for granted. But now I realize it is not just a structure, but it embodies who I am. It is my sanctuary, my safe place, my place of peace and solitude. My morning ritual starts my day in a calm place. And I am formulating a night ritual so that my day ends as calm as it begins no matter what chaos transpires throughout the day. I am thankful for this meditation and I will go back to it many many times.
