A Course For Recovering Perfectionists

With Saskia Lightstar

Perfectionism is a trap. It whispers promises of approval, control, and worthiness, but in reality, it binds you in chains of endless striving and self-criticism. This course is your way out. You’ll confront the oppressive weight of perfectionism and shatter its illusions. You’ll confront the impossible standards you’ve been living under and finally begin to dismantle the identity that was built around being “the best,” “the strong one,” or “the one who never fails.” Through powerful guided visualisations, self-inquiry practices, and immersive healing experiences, you’ll begin to: • Let go of the exhausting pressure to always be in control • Release the shame of mistakes, messiness, and not getting it right • Reconnect with the part of you that was never meant to perform • Build a new way of living that’s rooted in truth, wholeness, and enoughness This course doesn’t want you to try harder. It invites you to stop trying so hard… and start being real. This is your permission slip to get off the stage, drop the mask, and finally breathe, be free and be very very happy!

Meet your Teacher

Saskia Lightstar is a self-healing coach, spiritual teacher, and published Hay House author known for her raw honesty, emotional intelligence, and revolutionary approach to transformation. Behind the power of her work lies a deeply personal battle: a lifetime spent chasing perfection. For years, she shaped herself into who the world wanted her to be ... successful, polished, pleasing... while secretly drowning in self-judgment, dissatisfaction, and the relentless pressure to get everything right. It wasn’t until Saskia began unlearning perfectionism that her life truly began. Letting go of the impossible standards she’d internalized allowed her to rediscover her creativity, reclaim her joy, and finally feel at peace in her own skin. Her freedom didn’t come from getting it all right… it came from letting it all go. Now, through her teachings, Saskia guides others to do the same; helping them dismantle perfectionism at the root and build a life that is bold, authentic, and beautifully imperfect. Her work doesn’t just encourage change... it creates it. One truth, one breath, one brave act of self-acceptance at a time.

By breaking the mirror, you’ll release the need to measure yourself against impossible standards and begin to see the vibrant, messy, and beautiful truth of who you are.

I have battled perfectionism in so many aspects of my life. I have always been ocd to a certain extent with some of it. I am gradually allowing myself to be a little messy. Also, I always wanted to portray thatI was always better than I truly am. Saskia thank you for shedding light on this and aloowing me to see areas that I still struggle with.

Brené Brown once said, “When perfectionism is driving, shame is always riding shotgun and fear is the annoying backseat driver.” Listen to this course to replace the passenger of shame with a voice to guide you into bold belonging that will unlock wild creativity. Saskia’s meditations provide a surround sound vibration for your inner life that fear will no longer want to be a backseat driver nagging at your aims and attention. Listening to this course is an invitation towards the freedom and joys of imperfection. If you struggle with perfectionism, this is the course for you.

Personally found it a powerful start, the moving forwards and truly believing/ living it takes more time than a 5 day course allows. But something to return to and work on.
