Overcoming Perfectionism: Finding Freedom In Imperfection

With Kiran Patel

Often, we can feel that the best way to act is to find a way to do something perfectly. When in reality, what we should be aiming for is to do our best but allow for mistakes, as they are an integral part of being human.

Kiran explains perfectionism really well. It is a mind trap. I have been procrastinating a lot lately because I am doing new things and I am scared. It’s ok to not get it right as I am learning and mistakes are a part of the process and completely normal.
