Stress does not have to be the enemy. In this course we will look at how it can be reshaped into something that supports growth and balance. Together we will explore gentle practices that help the body and mind return to calm, while also discovering how to find a healthy rhythm between rest, focus, and challenge. My hope is that you leave with a stronger sense of steadiness and trust in your ability to meet what life brings. Each lesson blends reflection, science, and simple tools you can use in daily life. You will be guided through short practices that ease tension and create more space to breathe. I will also share stories from my work that remind us stress is part of being human and, when understood, it can become a source of strength. At the end of every lesson you will have thoughtful reflection questions to deepen your own insight and to help you carry what you learn into your everyday life.
