In this course, over five modules, you'll start to understand and experience: the fundamental illogic of regret, the assumptions that are built into regret and how we can challenge them, and the freedom that is yours when you lift the veil on the illusion of regret. I won't be sharing hints and tips, or strategies to help you feel better about your life; I'll be sharing something much more powerful, that goes to the heart of our human experience and has the potential to dissolve regret at its source.
